      Βούτυρο με 9 με 13 ιντσών ταψί, και εξάπλωση 6 φύλλα κρούστας, βούρτσισμα καθένα με βούτυρο, στο κάτω μέρος. Κουτάλι το σπανάκι πλήρωση κατά τη διάρκεια της filo, στη συνέχεια, καλύπτει με 6 περισσότερα φύλλα κρούστας, με βούτυρο κάθε φύλλο.
      Αποτέλεσμα κορυφή 3 φύλλα με ένα κοφτερό μαχαίρι. Ψήνουμε 40 έως 45 λεπτά, ή μέχρι την κορυφή είναι χρυσό, ας σταθεί 15 λεπτά, στη συνέχεια, κομμένα σε τετράγωνα και σερβίρετε ζεστό.
