Limpwings is a comedy about the lonely, emotional holes people leave in our hearts when they go, and the bloody, rose-scented holes angels leave in our extremities to remind us of Christ’s suffering. Limpwings is also the first feature film by Two Jackets Productions.

Last year, we finished our first web series, a fifteen-episode, two-season production called 3rd West Ballard. We then set out to do what most beginning filmmakers do, spend all of our time and money creating a feature film. And we were mostly successful.

We wrote a script that went through countless revisions, we held auditions and assembled a phenomenal cast of unknown actors, and we cashed in every favor we were owed to gather tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment for the film. Filming began last summer and we completed over half of principal photography. Now we’re ramping up for the final push of our production. We’re securing locations, and flying our lead back into town. But we need your help!

We need money to help feed our cast and crew during the remainder of the shoot and to pay for special effects, make-up, and storage space. We’ve come a long way but you can help push us across the finish line. With your pledges we will be able to finish our film and send it off to festivals across the globe!
