A FACE FIXED, the Story: is an introspective and subtle existential film featuring working class characters battling through long-standing familial rifts, depression and the complications of young relationships.
The main character struggles with hopelessness while learning about his distanced parents through artifacts created in their youth - hundreds of forgotten VHS home movies, letters and photographs.

The money raised will be used to offset production costs (equipment, crew, travel, post production, food). The crew is on the set because they believe in the project and want to contribute, but films are very expensive to produce and no amount of passion and hard work makes money appear out of thin air (unfortunately!).

The Crew: This will be the first narrative short from artist, director, photographer Andrew Droz Palermo (www.andrewdrozpalermo.com). The film is being Co-Produced by Kim Sherman and Arable Entertainment (www.arableent.com). It will be shot in 4K on the Red ONE in March and April.
