Thought I would make it official - yesterday was my Last Day of this wonderful project, and am most thankful to all for participating. Am posting my thoughts, as well as some updates, here:

Once again, I warmly thank everybody who made this effort possible.

Things immediately coming up (or at least in the next 2 weeks or so)

1. I still have to work on the Forever Drawing which will become the substance of postcards I will send out in gratitude to the $5 - $15 group. Most of you have already shared with me your thoughts and addresses - if you haven't done so, please go ahead

2. If any of you have not responded to the Kickstarter survey re. rewards, please do so by June 5th. After that date I will assume you do not want them - though I thank you regardless for your contribution wholeheartedly!

3. Some who have ventured onto the website (turner.aliciaraya.com) may have noticed, aside from the regularish sort of posting, 3 pages which promise image galleries, a summary of the project, and a full list of contributors. I will take the time to fill these out properly as well as a proper Picasa/Flickr album - and possibly a facebook page. 4. Though i consider the project finished, I reserve the right to tweak, modify or edit the paintings as needed, especially a few of the last ones

tHANKS SO MUCH TO ALL MY BACKERS!!!

I've been running around looking after other things so I almost forgot to make it official - at exactly 1pm or so, I have successfully completed backing from my project.

I will take the momentum which this great moment has gathered and proceed making arrangements to begin this process of painterly marathonic creation - already we have found an additional piece of wood that might need to be sanded, though the ridges might look nice...
