Congratulations my little Mel on a job well done. The first one is the hardest, the second more ambitious and therefore needs more care and work, the third consolidates and the rest each improving as you get addicted to success. Love

is a Prague-based theatre company which creates original non-conventional movement productions and both non-verbal and text-based rock n roll theatre, all designed to make people THINK MORE.
The company's core members are Artistic Director Mélanie Rada, Production Manager Jeff Fritz, and Production Designer Johanna-Mai Vihalem. In addition to creating and acting in the shows, they work with a variety of other actors and theatre artists to bring to the stage unique visions of well-crafted chaos which are not always polite or socially acceptable.
The members of Akanda have worked in many of Prague's most well-known theatres including Divadlo Komedie and Divadlo Na Zabradli, and they appeared at Fringe Festival Prague in both 2009 and 2010 where they premiered their debut work, Katatonika, a brutal film noir gangster piece for the stage. Also in 2010 they created and produced the original musical horror show Cabaret Macabre which ran for six weeks in Prague's historic center.
