GSO Productions is a production team based in Greensboro. We specialize in keeping it local, paying it forward and giving exposure to local and unsigned talent across the spectrum (painters, singers, bands etc).

We're putting together a 2 day local music festival which is as local as you can get. We're away from the venues, away from the downtown area with the regulations, and we are putting on a festival of local artists and musicians as it should be: in the homes of the people who love and support local music. Bringing it to them!

Each day of this event is at a different house from 3pm-10pm. Each band has 30-45 minutes. This festival/event consists of 2 days, 2 houses, 14 hours of great music made by 14 acts. Greensboro has recently been dubbed "the loudest city in NC" so it's about time that we prove them right and show people what's going on in the town that they live in.

Even if you don't live in Greensboro, North Carolina or in North Carolina at all, you should support this cause because every town has a local artist or band that's just aching to break out and be seen. It's events like these that make that dream possible. It's events like these that give musicians and artists everywhere hope that these events are possible and people can do the same thing in their own hometown. It's events like these that show jaded souls and creative persons that no, music isn't all about money all the time. It's about performing and having a good time, appreciating those fans and friends that love your sound enough to come pay and see you. It's about connection and community and life and keeping things local. Paying things forward.

I love my town and my town's local music scene. And this is my first effort of many to be able to show that effectively.

But we (GSO Productions) do need your help. Funds raised from this kickstarter project will go to all the acts playing in this music festival. Although it's not about money, they do need a little bit to make it back home, lol.

So please donate to support our local music scene, your local music scene, the scene that you wish was in your town, the scene that never was or always will be. It'll mean a lot to me and my team, the musicians involved and the city this is being held in: Greensboro, North Carolina.
