The Progression of Park Avenue

As Seen through the Eyes of A New Yorker is a documentary style photo homage of one of America's monetarily & people rich Avenues.  We have spent many months observing and collecting photos of what we see to be the essence of Park Avenue.

After years of working in a studio with live models, we decided it was
time to leave the comforts of a controlled environment, and bring our
interpretation of an avenue that has been conceptualized and idolized
in movies for over 100 years to the world. From 14th Street & Union
Square to the Waldorf Astoria & the Upper East Side, Park Avenue
encompasses many different aspects of New York City. Having lived on a
section of Park Avenue for over 20 years, we have come to meet many
people from all walks of life that call Park Avenue and its infamous
aura home. As we began researching and planning this project, many
different ideas and concepts came to mind. This 1st book is just one
aspect of Park Avenue that will hopefully be followed by others.

The book will feature 100 pages with over 50 photographs with a historic/native inspired narrative. This is a great book for NYC Lovers!! If you're a New Yorker, have ever been to New York, plan on coming to New York, or if you just love New York City,  this is the perfect book for yourself or your friends. This book will also make a really nice coffee table book. A great gift for a New Yorker living out-of-state. They will love looking at the people and familiar places. A conversation piece for hours on end.
