Two years ago Access Royale sprouted out of an epic idea. That idea grew into a plan which was brought to life by what is now a trio of like-minded wizards constructing what some may call “kick-ass indie rock”. Our story is carried within our music and our sound has been compared to the likes of Pavement, Muse, and Vampire Weekend (which is pretty cool because we think those bands are awesome). May 17th, 2012 marked the release of our debut album, City of Paradigm, which has granted us great reviews and positive feedback from the likes of:

We are stoked by all the rave reviews and it says a lot about our album when you consider how many other artists are out there giving it their all. But however great these reviews maybe, it's not enough for us to go on a proper tour. To give you some insight as to how much it would cost for us to tour in support of those awesome reviews, we're looking at well over $100,000+ just to do it right-- in one country!

The lights, fog, lazers, sound, etc are all within our equipment list. This particular music venue on the video had nothing, literally.

Hailing with common spirits of creativity and adventure, we have gladly taken on the endeavor of getting our music out as far and wide as we can. We want to show as many people as possible that following your heart is worth a SOLID TRY. Life is too short not to be an experiment.
So we can't wait to share our "experiments" with each and every one of you.
We've abandoned all notions of the major record label deal and in turn are embracing the freedom and the energy of “doing this shit on our own”. We're taking this leap of faith to avoid the effects of having a controlling entity dictate our sound, image, and ideas.
Our first OFFICIAL BIG CITY TOUR! The CITY OF PARADIGM tour is meant to really open up those eyes to Access Royale in such cities as London, Amsterdam (tbd), Baltimore, New York, Berlin (tbd), Los Angeles, Copenhagen (tbd), and DC first before taking on the rest of the world.
We're planning on doing shows with TNB from Los Angeles as well as other bands.
For us to really get a fighting chance will depend on HOW MUCH YOU PLEDGE. We're using the kickstarter platform, for the first time, to raise the money we need to push on. Instead of going to major labels, we're going directly to the people that matter most, YOU.

We are willing to play wherever you want, as long as you want us to. We’ve been working hard on the aesthetics of the “live show”, pouring our blood, sweat and tears into our sound and development as a band. We refuse to play any other kind of show other than “really colorful, fun, and crazy-good-time-ish”.
We're also happy to announce a NEW ALBUM we are in the process of writing called, IRIDIUM. We can't sit still because of how excited we are to share these epic soundscapes which we plan to record at CAPITOL STUDIOS at CAPITOL RECORDS in Los Angeles - California, as well as QUAD Studios in Nashville - Tennessee, and AP STUDIOS in Chino. In the usual Access Royale fashion, there's going to be something tasty for everyone in this goody-bag.
The owners of Maylan Cookies have yet to launch the goodies, but we got a chance to try them and they're RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. So we asked if we could have them added to our rewards and they said YES. Basically, you're getting first dibs on the Mocha Zen and Strawberry Bliss cookies before it goes public. They're amazing with coffee or hot tea.
