CDs have arrived

Hello again,

CDs were waiting on me when I returned home from this last tour (week down in Georgia).  I have all the Kickstarter folks cds packaged up and going out in the post this afternoon.  There are a few of you I still don't have a mailing address for, so please send me that if you haven't yet. 

I'll be activating my store page on my website later today so folks can start ordering the cds from me.  But yours go out first!  The album won't be "officially" available for a little while more (i.e. Amazon, iTunes, radio stations, etc).  But I've made you all (and myself) wait long enough.
