About This Project:
Learning how to adapt one's life to avoid food intolerances can cause frustration, confusion, and feelings of helplessness. The Food Intolerance Cookbook will provide a new approach to food, bringing happiness back into the kitchen, and creating a sense of personal well-being and hope.
My Goal:
Song of Health Press is now getting ready to publish The Food Intolerance Cookbook. The most unique aspects of the recipes in the book is that all the ingredients are coded for specific food intolerance categories, according to the Carroll Food Intolerance Method; and a Food Substitutions List is included to make adapting recipes easy. There is nothing else like it available! Visually stunning and fun to make, these recipes are healthy and tasty; they have been created with all the wisdom and understanding you'll need to make eating enjoyable again. My recipes have been tested and refined over the years by hundreds of my subscribers. My hope is to extend the reach of my assistance to thousands of people who suffer from Food Intolerance issues.
My Plan:
The new website, www.thefoodintolerancecookbook.com, will promote the cookbook, give an online community their own forum to share in-the-kitchen experiences, and provide potential readers the ability to purchase The Food Intolerance Cookbook both as a printed book and in a variety of electronic formats (Kindle, Nook, PDF, etc.).

Promoting and marketing the cookbook; building a new website; hiring a webmaster, graphic designer, photographer, and editor; and publishing the printed book and e-book.

Over 30 years ago renowned Naturopath Dr. Harold Dick diagnosed me with food intolerances as the potential cause for my serious health issues. I eliminated them from my diet and I got well!
