PARTYFT! - exciting news, new rewards, and STEMS!
PARTYFT!
First off, I'm going to refrain from calling this a "release party," since this will be in December, and (barring unforeseen delays) I plan to have this record out and in all of your hands by October. From here on out, it will be simply called "PARTYFT!"
PARTYFT! will feature a combination of electronic and acoustic music. The main event, of course, will be a live performance of Brassft Punk. But wait... there's more:
HELMETS!!!!! OMG HELMETS!!!!
One of the miracles of kickstarter is all of the opportunities that arise from the people that connect to the project. Chicago artist Rob Loukotka contacted me to show me these AMAZING REPLICA DAFT PUNK HELMETS that he and his partner made. In the ensuing discussions over the last week or so, we decided it would be fun for everyone if I brought Rob into town with the helmets for PARTYFT!, and so I am.
Rob will be rocking 1 helmet, and he & the other helmet will be available for photo ops during the night. Also, we've decided to offer up the ability to wear the 2nd helmet and dance up front (I'd say "on stage", but Preservation Hall doesn't actually have a stage) with the band during Brassft Punk's performance. This is a new backer reward, and since there's only 1 extra helmet, only 1 person will be able to get this reward.

WHEN IS IT?
The date hasn't been completely pinned down, but it will be a weekend night in early-mid December. I hope to have a more definite date by this weekend, but I wanted to make tickets available sooner than later, so those rewards have now been added. Preservation Hall is a really tiny venue, so tickets will be extremely limited.
HOW MUCH?
Rewards that include admission to PARTYFT! are available at $20 higher than their corresponding tiers. Reward levels of $200 & up automatically include admission to the event. Getting to rock out in one of those amazing helmets during the Brassft Punk performance is $300.

BACKERS AT THE SINGFT LEVEL: add $20 and shoot me a message if you'd like to upgrade your reward to include admission to PARTYFT! [Since that reward tier is sold out, it's better we do it this way - 5 guest vocalists is plenty, and if I add another tier it opens the door to end up with too many.]
...and last but not least:
STEMS
Multitrack versions of the recordings will be made available in .mogg format as an add-on option. To order these, add $5 on top of the price of any reward tier and shoot me a message that says "STEMS PLEASE" so I can keep track of who needs them. You'll get a download of the multitrack version in addition to whatever other rewards you've chosen.

PHONEFT - Send me a recording of your voicemail greeting, I'll tweak it, freak it, and glitch it out & send it back -OR- send me a recorded message that you want to leave for someone and I'll tweak that for you. Ok - new reward tiers now up. They end in "PARTYFT!x2" and include admission for 2 to the event, $20 more than the corresponding single admission tiers.
