We're James Connolly and Rachelle Escaravage, a married couple that met in journalism school. We tell the stories of change-makers and the social ventures they drive. These stories bolster online attention and outreach, and with them, dollars to their cause.
We're filming a number of organizations and enterprises on our next trip across Asia and Africa, and want to document the journey for a web series. We'll also provide eight organizations – doing amazing work but lacking marketing funds – a free video for their website. Film to Give.
We'll film and edit an eight part series of our trip across India, Nepal, Cambodia, Kenya and Zambia. We'll be editing as we travel -- so beyond the video each social venture will receive -- we'll be putting together a web series concurrently. You'll be coming along for the journey - often times down dusty roads on the back of a motorbike - and will see first-hand, the challenges and joys of producing video out of a backpack in the developing world.
Our budget will cover costs associated with travel expenses, equipment, and our time. By backing this project, you'll be 'giving to give' each organization a three to five minute video highlighting the work they're doing and people they're serving. The web series and each identity video will be heartwarming, engaging and informational, and will stand as calls to action. It'll also be a lot of fun to watch, too!
Stories are our passion. Join us in telling them.
Blessings and thanks,
Rachelle and James

"Room to Read partners with local communities throughout the developing world to provide quality educational opportunities by establishing libraries, creating local language children's literature, constructing schools, and providing education to girls."

It's our belief that seeing positive in the world, creates positive for the world.
We're a small mobile production unit that believes in the stories we produce. Our work has taken us to a lot of great places to cover a wide-range of subjects.
We met in journalism school, and banded together to tell socially motivating stories. We love what we do and look forward to sharing it with you.
