Today, as most of you know, Slashdot linked to this and tripled the amount raised. I've included a screenshot to show you all what I've been doing, since someone asked. I've been writing and writing every day, to every breathing human.

Honestly though, I don't think it's made a bit of difference. Everything that we've gotten so far has been entirely donor-driven. So for the last 2 days, please take a minute to do the following:

1) Email bloggers, newspapers, and news sites. Maybe they'll think this is worth writing about when more than just one person contacts them about it.
2) Continue Tweeting and voting on various sites (P.S. Is 106 votes not enough for Digg? http://bit.ly/9YUI35 ).
3) Ask others to continue spreading the word, especially if they don't want to donate.
4) Sign up for this form to get a reminder to vote for the Pepsi Project. This Pepsi grant could buy us the London Symphony all by itself: http://bit.ly/aTsAcq .
P.P.S., We have 689 backers but only 32 people on the email form!

Again, this is entirely thanks to all of your effort and generosity. If you'll bear with me and help in these last two days I will be even more grateful, if that's possible.

Quick Update

Update #4 · Sep 12, 2010 · 3 comments

I'm obviously stunned at how well we are doing, especially in the last few days.

Apparently the Pepsi grant will allow everyone to vote once a day, until the end of the month. Just today we've moved up 15 places in rank. Because I dont want to bother everyone here with a daily message, for all of you who would like a daily email reminder to vote, please add your email address to this form and I'll remind you:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform...

If you can remember on your own, then please vote once a day until the end of Sep! If we are in the top 10 we get an additional $25,000:

Pepsi Refresh - Lets add $25k Free!

Update #3 · Sep 1, 2010 · 4 comments

We have a great opportunity to triple what we raised on kickstarter for free. Pepsi is going to fund the top 10 ideas in each funding group so we have a very good chance of winning this given the support you have shown so far.

Please take a second to vote for us on the PepsiRefresh website, tweet, and ask your friends to do the same.

Thanks

Too many backers... not enough votes!

Update #2 · Aug 31, 2010 · 2 comments

$362 left, spread the word!

Only $362 left in our goal with 14 days to go.
You have all already donated, so please take a minute and do something that's free. We have way more people than votes so I know enough haven't clicked the Digg button:

Vote for us on Digg (hopefully Digg V4 is working): http://bit.ly/9YUI35
Vote for us on Reddit: http://bit.ly/birkg8
Vote for us on BoingBoing: http://bit.ly/dBLdUN

Thanks for your support, Tweets, blogposts..
