Thank you backers for supporting our event!

I'm really excited for the Charity Fashion Show & "Try-me-on" party! Here's my vision: You walk in through the front doors and are greeted by us with a big smile. With one hand, you might sign-in on our wall with words of encouragement for local designers, and with the other you pick up your drink of choice (champagne, sparking lemonade, all subject to change depending on the venue).

Walking through the room, you stop every three feet because you spot another fabulous shirt, dress, necklace from a local designer that you absolutely MUST try on. Here's your chance to speak with the designer and get the background story on what inspires their creative thoughts.

I've heard stories from designers who created a jewelery company with her sisters (it started as a creative past time, but as their jewelery became more popular while their day jobs became busier, it remains a great reason to meet regularly) or made an outting to a specific French convent during her Europe trip with friends to pick up as much French lace as she could afford (one dress worth).

I hope that you'll take home a couple pieces to add to your wardrobe, and a few beautiful stories of inspiration.
