I just returned this very minute from Lucca, Italy, where I was at Lucca Comics & Games as a guest of the fair and Janus Design (http://janus-design.it/). I had a wonderful time hanging out with the warm and generous members of the publishing house. It was one honor heaped on the next, and I have memories and friends for a lifetime.
The entire week, I was without internet (with an exception of literally ten minutes), so I didn't know until I got out of customs how much support Human Contact has gotten from folks from the fair, and I'd like to thank you guys. I don't know how I can ever express how welcome you made me feel.
I'm also very happy to say that the Human Contact Kickstarter closes at the end of this week. Thanks to everyone getting this update, the project is 298% funded! I'm deeply moved by your support, everyone. It's not over yet, so if you can think of anyone who you think might be interested, please let them know!
Now that I'm back, I'll be in heavy writing mode for the next week or so. I sent off a style sheet to Alex, who should be back and getting into sketch mode in the next couple of weeks. As stuff happens, I'll send updates!
(Also, if you don't want to get updates, I bet I can figure out how to make sure you don't get them. Let me know, and I'll look into it.)
