It's been my dream to record a legitimate album since I starting playing guitar and writing songs at the age of 15. I'm 23 now, and I think now's the time to make it happen!

I have enough songs written to record a 5 or 6 song EP. I have some decent recording equipment, and I went to school for Sound Recording Technology. I'm lucky to be able to record my music without needing to rent an expensive studio or pay a sound engineer. However, I do need some help with the costs of actually replicating, packaging, and printing the discs, as well as paying someone to help me with artwork and design.

I have big plans for this EP, and I'd like to get 300 or so discs replicated. The cost of disc replication and artwork should come in right around the target goal of $750.

If I end up raising more than $750 from you kind folks, then I'll use the extra money for either more CDs or some better recording equipment (maybe a new vocal microphone?).

As you can see, the funding deadline is February 25th. My goal is to send out my CD master to the replication company around March 1st. I should receive the discs back from replication within a few weeks, and if all goes well you should receive them in the mail before April!

Keep in mind that everyone who contributes at least $3 will get a download code for the completed EP on the release date of March 17th!
