EXCITEMENT!

Today's word is excitement because last Sunday we had 0 backers and 0 dollars. This week we have 12 backers and $399.00 raised for our KICKSTARTER Campaign. Plus we went from 77 Facebook likes to 121 Facebook likes, and all of that equals EXCITEMENT!

It is amazing what a difference a few days can make in progress. I am thankful to everyone who liked, gave, and/or will give to The Priceless Project KICKSTARTER Campaign, you all are PRICELESS. 

Please continue spreading the word to your friends and family and give them friendly reminders. The more people who know, the more we GROW.

I am so thankful to God for the great friends and family I have. Their support brought in 277.00 so far by 10 backers and I am believing that God is going to open the hearts of many more to give to this awesome project. I set a goal that by the weekend we will have 20 backers and  in order for that to happen we need 10 backers to give 1.00 or more by Sunday. Yesterday was a slow start but we have two more days to make it happen. I am believing by faith we will have 20 backers by the end of Sunday, for SURE!

Great news The Priceless Project Campaign was Retweeted on Twitter at least 3 times and reached over 5000 people. Our Facebook our likes went from 69 to 71 we added an extra 2 likes. I am so excited that our movement is pressing forward one tweet, one like, and one pledge at a time.

Just one week ago I began this KICKSTARTER journey and I started with 0 backers, and 0 funds. Today, 7 days later we have 10 backers, and $272.00.

This is an enormous victory, and it's all thanks to you.

We met our goal yesterday because many of my friends and family found it in their hearts to make a pledge and spread the word.

And we accomplished all of this with a campaign driven by one social worker passionate about empowering teenage girls and funded by extraordinary people giving from their hearts.

Yesterday was proof that my circle of friends and family is ready for change -- and that you are the force to make that change happen.

But there's still a long way to go before we reach $2500. In the next week alone, we need to raise at least an additional $400 and find 20 more backers.

We need to match the $272 and go beyond it.

We won yesterday because of your willingness to create change for the better. Together we can keep on moving forward towards the goal. I need you to talk to your family, friends, Facebook, Twitter and other social media family, make them aware of the campaign and ask for their support. If every backer was able to find at least 2 people to support this campaign we would reach our goal for next week and beyond.

Here are some details about yesterday's historic VICTORY. According to KICKSTARTER:

• We gained 6 new backers yesterday our highest amount of backers in 1 day
• Our winning coalition included supporters from Richmond, Virginia, Brooklyn, NY, Bronx, NY, Arroyo Seco, New Mexico, and Raleigh, NC.
• The Projects like on Facebook went from 44 to 69 we added 21 more likes
