This is good only for residents in the USA and if plane tickets cost more than $300, you will receive a special phone call from the author, begging for financial help to cover the rest of the airfare. I will also prepare a training session on interview technique, book writing and magazine publishing for you and your friends. This reward is customizable to meet your needs and could include, of course, a public speaking engagement at your church, school or other organization. No klan meetings, though.

I was born in Japan, the son of an Air Force fighter and test pilot and I moved from place to place a few times until I settled into Austin, TX, where I went to college. During the end of my junior year (1985) I started HM Magazine. It comes out every quarter and covers the Christian hard music genre.
