Dear Diary, Signed Anonymous.

Fascinated by the diary entries and confessions of those around me, this social experience will change the way that we interact with strangers, one entry at a time. Our goal is to touch the hearts of people all around the world as we intrude upon their daily lives. We hope that this experience sheds light on misconceptions and prejudices that we subconsciously carry all while serving as a way of uniting lost souls to the hearts of thy neighbors.

How Do We Make It Happen? It all starts and ends with you. We all know that it can be a daunting task sharing those tough times with the one's that we love, let alone with a stranger. This is your opportunity to clear your chest and free your mind by sharing those experiences both good or bad with people that you don't even know.

Just think of it as quick and engaging heart-felt reads on the subways, airplanes, coffee shops or in the comforts of your own home.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Pledge $20 and receive a blank diary mailed to your home or location of choice.

Step 2: Think of a Theme.

For 7, 15 or 30 days, document your past or present life experiences in an ANONYMOUS manner including your successes, failures, lessons learned, fears, confessions etc. In order for this to work effectively, we are asking that by you pledging your $20, you are also agreeing to maintain a "memoir" feel to this project. We are not interested in fictional short stories or novels.

Step 3: On the cover page before your first entry, include your gender, age, city and state along with a brief description of your personality likes/dislikes. Feel free to include any pertinent background information that maybe helpful to the reader but remember to maintain your anonymity. We will send this as a reminder along with your blank diary.

Step 4: Send us your diary and upon receipt, we will mail you the anonymous diary of a stranger. In order to receive a diary, you must provide a diary. Sort of like using the give and take rule of thumb.

Where The Money Goes.

To the purchasing of blank diaries and shipping expenses. The proceeds will also go towards launching a website where more strangers can exchange and inspire one another through their diary entries and documented experiences. We want to fill up your bookshelves with the thoughts of random people.
