Praise for the books
An advanced review copy of the books were sent out to a few people for reviews.
These advanced copies are not complete and lack the details of the books that backers will receive.
Here is what was said about the books:
Reading the Monster Books with my 9 year old was an interesting experience… she is an advanced reader for her age and I wasn’t sure how she’d take to these books as they do seem to target a younger market… however, I was pleasantly surprised when she found the graphics “Cool” and the stories “Fun”. A few days later we had our neighbor’s child Adia (5 years old) come over and Maile (my daughter) decided to read the books to her and it was the cutest thing ever… Maile was reading and showing her the pictures and explaining that “these were not scary monsters, they are friendly playful monsters that teach you stuff”. After reading through all 3 books, Maile could see that Adia really liked them and so she gifted them to her. Adia ran home to show her mom her new treasures!
As a parent, we see the simplicity of these books very appealing and the messages are fun and kid friendly.
