Yes, Art Road Show Train Keeps Rockin and a Rollin!
Woohoo! Art Road Show has passed the first test. Gaining public support and obtaining the additional funding to make this happen in a big way. The idea made the magic now we will make the dream a reality. Four full days of executing the itinerary, planning, and scheduling of Art Road Show await.
Please send any/all local Miami based artists my way via aplupiani@gmail.com. We're buttoning down the hatches and ready to roll.
Today:
1) Printing up a portable banner for Art Road Show is essential to our visibility and and production.
2) Our audio check the other night will keep us light on the Road and enable us to set up anywhere around Miami. Further testing required. Buying an additional lavalier microphone.
3) We are buying a wireless card for the trip to access Wi-Fi anywhere and everywhere in Miami. So hopefully, all of you can tune in.
4) Planning our route and additional transportation costs.
5) Researching and ordering additional promotional materials.
6) Buying staging props such as lawn chairs, small table, umbrella, and cheap sun glasses.
And that's just for starters...kickstarters that is!
