Photography has been my passion for a major part of my life. I intend to become a photography teacher or professor in my later years. It's my life goal to give the same inspiration and motivation that my art teachers gave to me. Building my portfolio is a top priority of mine, for I must create inspiring artwork to make realize my goal. I create surrealist photographs inspired by frequent episodes of Sleep Paralysis that I experience. I give the viewer a glimpse inside the strange and chilling qualities of a nonsensical nightmare. In order to obtain the full effect that I wish to achieve, I use numerous strange props to convey conceptual meaning and mystery.

Gas masks, bowler hats, lanterns, and other odd props are the trademark of my work.

Funding for my project will allow me to obtain numerous props such as those, thus giving inspiration and subject matter for my newest pieces that I have in store for my book. 

I plan to compile a book containing the collective works of my earlier years, to my most recent images, along with future images to come. Funding for these props will allow me to create more of my artwork, along with the creation of the book. The finalized images will give me a great outcome for my final book to present to the public. I feel that this book will give me the "kick start" that I need to become a renown artist.
