About this project
The six of us wanted to attend the best film school in the world: The University of Southern California. But with this, we also had to attend one of the most expensive film schools in the world: The University of Southern California. You can understand how these seem like contrasting ideas; while we spend all our money on tuition, we have very little to spend on our films. We are asking for your help! We want to launch a comedic new web series for YouTube called Mental Hygiene. We will bring everything to the table that YouTube videos currently lack: high production values, professional editing, strong costume and set design, 3D animation, originally composed music, and special effects. Between the six of us, we have the skills and knowledge to carry out all these things, but we lack the money to pursue them to their full potential.
By launching these videos on YouTube, as well as a massive social media campaign, we know our videos can achieve viral status and allow us to attain YouTube partnership. From then on, YouTube will pay the bills, and you guys will be left to enjoy our free content. All we need is a little help from you guys to get our project off the ground.

About the Filmmakers
Mike Bettinardi was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He grew up wanting to make and act in films after watching Star Wars when he was four. Mike is focusing on computer animation, writing, and directing.
After a life of petty crime, drug running, and prostitution in Las Vegas, Mike has returned to his roots and recently began spending his free time going on dates with random people. After a nice evening at the Olive Garden, he drugs, steals, and then sells the livers of his dates in order to drum up money for this web series.
David Bolen has been making films since the age of three. He grew up in
the suburbs of Toronto, and to add some excitement to the otherwise
mind-numbing atmosphere, he and his friends would make as many movies as
they could. He began studying film production at the University of
British Columbia and has recently transferred to USC’s School of
Cinematic Arts to focus on directing, editing and cinematography.
He is currently prostituting his body on the streets in order to raise money for the web series.
David Gutierrez has been a lover of film and its history all of his life. Inspired by the works of a wide range of directors, David aspires to reach their ranks. He is currently a USC Production student on the path to a promising future.
In order to finance the project, David has sold 5 molars, 2 fingers, and a nipple on the Serbian black market.
Graham Higgins was born in the city of Los Angeles, California to a young and loving couple. Over the course of his upbringing, he and his family moved several times to numerous locations including California, Connecticut, New York and briefly London. In recent years, Graham has chosen to follow his love of filmmaking and is currently enrolled in USC's School of Cinematic Arts.
Graham also hopes to study erotic dancing and one day perform at "Limpy's," the raunchiest club in the San Fernando Valley. "Hey Ladies!"
Jared Martin has been a filmmaker and film lover for his entire life. He has directed several documentaries and short narratives. While all areas of filmmaking appeal to Jared, his expertise lies in editing and writing. He is currently attending USC's School of Cinematic Arts.
Jared shaves and sells his pubes for Locks of Love to help pay for this web series.
Kevin Matré is originally from Sacramento. He got his start in film in the Media Communications Academy at Center High School. He is currently a student in the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where is he focusing on producing, cinematography, and post-production.
In a desperate effort to fund this project, Kevin is a frequent sperm donor.
