Kickstarter

I grew up in Northern New Jersey in the 80's.   For over ten years I went to every Hardcore show within a few hundred miles of my house.  My friends Danny Sternaimolo, Joe Rosso, Art Ottimo and I collected flyers and records throughout this decade.  We collected these at shows, record stores and from the older guys that turned us on to the scene in the first place. Ten years ago while stumbling across old show flyers in my attic I thought it would be great to try and pool as many flyers as I could with that same group of friends.  Luckily we all held on to them over the years.  These flyers are primarily from the east coast.  From Boston all the way to Miami.  The majority are from the Northeast United States.  There is also a section of Black Flag and another of Misfits/Samhain/Danzig.  Along with flyers there are also photos from Laura Pleasants(of Kylesa), set lists, ticket stubs, etc....  This book will be a 240 page hardcover.  As you can see from the video, the project is done.  All we need now is some funding from the people that want to see this book get printed.  This is a small way for us to give back to the scene that had such a positive impact on all of our lives.
