Okay, my envelope just came in the mail and as promised I'm posting about it here. I got my Gremlins blu-ray, signed by Joe Dante, my Trailers from Hell DVD Vol. 2, signed by Joe Dante, my Hellcat Certificate, signed by Joe Dante ... and strangely, someone's used copy of Total Recall on blu-ray LOL A nice find, nonetheless. Thank You, Trailers From Hell ! Well worth my measly $50 ! Love You Guys !
btw the package was postmarked on the 4th and arrived today, the 6th. So it got here in 2 days. Hope that helps ease your anxiety.

I love "Trailers From Hell"! Especially the commentaries from 'Grindhouse Gurus like Joe Dante, & Adam Rifkin, which is why, I bought this particular package. Plus I think, both "SMALL SOLDIERS", and "LOOK" are well written, and well done! Keep up the good work with this web series. I especially liked the Rumble Fish commentary. P.S. A future commentary on "The Dark Backwards" someday, maybe, please?

The one thing I don't understand is why Trailers from Hell does not have at least one major film studio's sponsorship (or does it?) since surely the trailers and site will drive people to wanting to buy the films featured and thus turning said studios archives into a nice tidy profit.
There's stuff on ToH I'd love to see, but can I bloomin' well easily get access to the film to buy or rent? No. Blasted distribution companies aren't doing their jobs. Sure - you might get some titles on eBay, but that means that the originating owning studio loses out.

I am so proud to be able to give back, even in a small way, to the man who filled my childhood with wonder..."Gremlins", "Gremlins 2", "Innerspace", The 'Burbs", "Piranha", "Eerie, IN" and "Twilight Zone" were staples of my kidhood and remain as important now. Then later he was responsible for my devotion to William Castle with "Matinee", now as an adult he continues to amaze me with the likes of "Trapped Ashes" (the most unsung anthology film ever!),his biting Masters of Horror entries and now the brilliance of Trailers From Hell! Thank you so much Joe. I only wish I could do more.

this isn't about the kickstarter per se, but it would be really handy of all the trailers on the site were sortable, especially by date. I may go a few months before getting caught up and it'd be nice to be able to sort them so I can see where i left off and get caught up instead of having to sift through them all.
