Hi Everyone!

There are 26 hours to go, and we are getting amped!  I want to go over a few questions people will have about the fulfillment process.

The most important thing to know is this:

Tomorrow, at about 2:30 PM PST (a half hour after the funding period has ended and after the champagne is down the hatch), we will send out a survey.  You will receive an email telling you that there is a survey available for you to submit.  That survey will request the following information:

-Shipping Address

-Which Pro Plate you want with your Capture (for "Early Birders" only...does not apply if you only ordered Leash and/or Cuff)

-If you ordered multiple products (that is, if your pledge amount is above the reward chosen), we will ask you to clarify which products you are expecting.

Order of Fulfillment:

We are going to be fulfilling rewards in the order set forth on the main Leash page.  Essentially, we'll be sending Early Birders first, followed by the rest.  It's entirely possible that the non-early birders will also ship next week, but we can't promise anything.

Also, we've received quite a few requests to try to ship product early.  I'm afraid to say that the shipping and fulfillment process is going to be so tight, that the only way we'll be able to be successful is to create a workable process, and adhere to it 100%.  I can tell you that the best chance to get your shipping label printed first is to fill out the survey as soon as possible.

Several people have told me that, although they are Early Birders, receiving it before Christmas is not urgent for them.  I am very appreciative of this consideration.  However, the only way my process will accommodate that is if people hold off on answering their surveys for a few days, thereby putting themselves farther back in line.  As of today though, I truly think we can fulfill at least the Early Birds (and hopefully, everyone) by next Thursday the 20th, which means that domestic packages will be received before Christmas.  Again...no promises folks....as the bulk shipments aren't expected to arrive until Tuesday, any delay from customs will make fulfillment very tough.  We're calling all our freight forwards to arrange for smooth sailing, but you never know.

FOR INTERNATIONAL BACKERS:

As stated on the Leash main page, it's not likely you'll get your shipments before Christmas.  We will be sending them at the same time as the Domestic packages though.

DELIVERY METHOD:

We are shipping via USPS First Class Mail.  That means that there is tracking information within the US.  However, for international shipments, the tracking information will only be provided for the creation of the label.  I know that waiting for these international packages is a bit frustrating....but the packages will get there.  We had a 98% success rate with the first Kickstarter, so chances are it will get there.
