"Goals"
The World's First MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Board Game is calling on all the fans of Kickstarter to ask for contributions to meet our goal. We would like to take the money from this fundraising event to publish final copies of the completed designed MMA Board game. These new manufactured copies of the MMA game will be used to educate and entice all the retail stores to carry our new game. MMA is the fastest growing sport of all time and we need to teach people that it is in fact a legitimate sport and needs to be taken seriously. I believe that people (fans of the sport or not) both young and old, will have a wonderful time learning to play this new game while learning most of the MMA moves and MMA rules as they experience this board game. It's time for Monopoly to get their butts kicked... :)
"About The Game"
The World's First MMA Board Game was designed with a passion for the sport of MMA in mind. Our professional designers and illustrators took the time to make sure our MMA game was both fun and educational. Many months were spent with pro-MMA fighters trying to create the perfect game that would include the stand-up game and ground game that we see in the sport of MMA today. The game is fast paced, realistic and exciting to play with everyone in the family. Mixed martial arts is the fastest growing sport in the world and we designed the game play to keep up with this ever evolving sport. This MMA game is as close to the "REAL" play of MMA that a board game can get without incorporating too much strategy and without injury. This allows people with no knowledge of MMA to still be able to play with an equal chance to win against people who might know the sport. Our working prototypes have been proven to be a huge hit with both pro athletes and non-athletes, both males and females, as well as with children as young as 5 years of age.
"How To Play The MMA Board Game"
- Object of the game: To defeat your opponent by performing different moves that will result in a knock out, submission, or accumulate enough winning rounds to win by decision.

- How The Games Plays: There is either 3 rounds or you can choose to play 5 rounds for the championship fight. A single round is an average of 10-15 minutes of game play. Each player uses the "fight dice" to decide at the beginning of the fight where the fighters will fight. Both fighters will either fight on the ground or in the stand-up area of the ring. The "fight dice" also has the possibility to roll a "knock out" or "submission" to end the game immediately, like a real fight. If neither fighter is knocked out or submitted, then the winner will be decided by who wins the most rounds, just like in a real MMA fight.

- The Game Board: On the MMA game board, there is both a stand up playing area and a ground playing area. Each individual game spaces in both; (Stand and Ground) areas have pictures of fighters performing the different moves so it makes it easy to understand. The game board also includes the "Cheap Shot", "Point Deduction", "Roll Again" and "Fight Dice" game spaces. Theses spaces help make the game unpredictable and very exciting to play.

- The Game Characters: We created 4 fictional fighter characters for our game. This will ensure that the fighters will always be a champion in their weight class, never get older and stay out of trouble. :) The fighter characters are diverse so there will hopefully be one to appeal to each player. Each character has their own personal biography and fight statistics in our full-color instructions. Fighters included are a (White Male Champion, Brazilian Male Champion, an Asian Male Champion and a White Female Champion).
