What is the PLY90 bracket?

The PLY90 is a patent pending connector design that makes creating easier.  It's a faster, better looking, and fun alternative to drilling and screwing projects together.

What type of material does the PLY90 bracket work on?

The PLY90 bracket has two included screws that allow it to work with all sheet-wood/plywood materials between .450-.760”.  This size range accommodates almost all commonly available plywood.

How many brackets do I need for my project?

In order to estimate the number you need use this list as a guide.  The creations shown in the video and photos have the following number of brackets.

What is the process to make my creation?

• Design your creation (Some designs included in design pack)
• Select your wood material
• Cut the wood to size (or have a home improvement store do it for you)
• Finish the wood with stains or paint
• Assemble with your PLY90s in minutes!

What are the PLY90 brackets made of?

• The brackets are made from high strength aluminum alloy
• The aluminum is shaped through a process called extrusion and then the parts are cut, drilled and finished
• The hardware is premium 18-8 stainless steel

When can I expect my reward?

We will work hard to ensure the shortest possible time to deliver rewards to backers.  The general timeline is 3 months after the close of the kickstarter campaign

• Tooling for the extrusions 3-4 weeks
• Extrusion production 3-4 weeks
• Extrusions are finished into final parts 3-4 weeks
• Part finishing 2-3 weeks
• Part packing and shipping 3-4 weeks

Where will the funds go?

• Production of parts
• Packaging for parts
• Finalization of plan pack
• As funding allows, the creation and fostering of an online PLY90 design share community
