About this project
Finley Wade is a feature length film that we will shoot in and around Tucson, Arizona, beginning May 8, 2010. The script is locked, the cast and crew selected, and the wardrobe girl itchin' to start sewing. What's happens next? That's all up to you.
We need help to buy production insurance, food for the set, supplies to create props, and costumes for the actors. Everything we raise over our goal of $2200 will help pay for a makeup artist and a better night time lens for our HD camera. (a Canon EOS T2i)
Finley Wade is about a Private Investigator, whose ex-partner Jack, returns from the grave, to help solve his murder. Finley's distracted by her lover Zelda, a method actress; her associate Walter, a romance writer who reenacts sex scenes from his books in public places; and her cousin Tony, a cop who hated Jack with all his soul.

Melissa Cushman Banczak is the writer/director of the critically acclaimed webseries, Crewing up. http://crewingup.tv available on Amazon.com. She started her career as an editor and screenplay agent at Otitis Media Literary Agency in Minneapolis. Her first short film, Lilah and the Alien, won an A.C.E. award for acting at the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival in Birmingham, AL in 2004.
