About this project

I want to make movie(s). This is the second feature length script I've worked on, but the first was a tad too ambitious. I decided to write something that could be done on a much smaller budget. After seeing a mock trailer for Zombie Ass Slappers that my friends made I decided to turn it into a feature.

Now, I'm looking for funds to get it shot. It's really that simple. Cut and dry.

I love comedy. Especially bizarre dark comedy, like Harold and Maude. These are the kind of movies I enjoy watching and wish to make.

I am connected with a small production company out of Bend, OR. called, Red Hand Studios, that is interested in helping to produce this movie. They have equipment, connections to more equipment and are tight with the local community allowing for easier access to locations and whatnot.

The money would be going to basic production costs. Since we already have a lot of what we need to do this, it's a matter of affording the time to do it and being able to take care of the cast and crew. Also, some money would likely go into hard drives, as there will be a lot of HD footage and I currently have very little room to house it. Luckily in this age with the rise of digital technologies, things can be done much cheaper then ever before. However, to take the time to do it right, it still costs something.
