Hello Crap Hound enthusiasts!

We know many of you already have Crap Hound #6 which was last reprinted in 2006, but did you know that we're offering all sorts of extra rewards, such as:

• 16-page supplement with all new images!
• Bonus digital pack with hundreds of hi-res of images from the #6 supplement!

Also, we've added a last minute reward! For $20 you'll receive five digital fonts designed by Sean Tejaratchi! Please see below for info and images, see project page for how to add to an existing pledge or reward package.

We hope you can pledge to and/or share our project this week! The project ends on April 4th at 2:30pm. If we don't meet our goal of $13,000 we won't receive any of the funds raised and the reprint will be indefinitely delayed.

ABOUT THE FONTS

Five original digital fonts, created by Sean Tejaratchi. All but Orange Phelps feature only uppercase, though Clean Steve and Yelberton have alternate caps in the lowercase positions. All fonts feature a full set of numbers and the standard punctuation set (?!.,.$/ etc.).

These fonts haven't been previously offered for sale or distribution, and all are released under a Creative Commons license allowing for personal and commercial use, but not distribution.

This digital fonts will be uploaded and delivered to you via a download link. You will have two weeks to download it before it's removed.

We're pleased to announce we've launched our latest Kickstarter project to publish the 4th edition of Crap Hound #6: Death, Telephones & Scissors, which will include a 16-page supplement with all new material as well as a brand spanking new cover!

This is the fourth issue we've put out in two years (thanks in large part to Kickstarter and YOU)! You may think that's moving at a snail's pace, but it's actually the quickest they've come out since the early days in the mid-90s when we were young whipper snappers that had nothing better to do than cut and paste tiny pieces of paper onto bigger pieces of paper and then clean it all up with a white out pen! It's true! Computers weren't involved until much later and the newfangled technology doesn't really save time as Sean is compelled to make every image as clean and crisp as possible in Photoshop.

We're offering several rewards, including a couple designed for those of you have the third edition of #6 (Jordan Crane cover) and just want the supplement and bonus digital material. We would greatly appreciate your pledge and/or help spreading the word about this project.

Just a quick update to let you know that we have launched our next Kickstarter project to raise funds to print the all new Crap Hound No. 8: Superstitions! As usual we're preselling copies of Crap Hound and this time around we're offering a new round of rewards including tote bags, rubber stamps and wrapping paper!

If you enjoyed Hands, Hearts and Eyes chances are you're going to love Superstitions! Thousands of superstition related images as well as the popular random pages and copyright free typefaces. We hope you'll take a moment to check out our new project and consider backing and/or sharing it!

By now, if your pledge was successful and you provided your mailing address, you all should have received your rewards for our Crap Hound #5 Kickstarter project. If you haven't received yours, either we don't have your address or your package was lost in the mail (this seems to happen a couple times per project). Please contact us at info @ readingfrenzy.com. Include your name, mailing address, and what level you pledged at and we will follow up on your order ASAP. Leaving comments on our project updates or elsewhere is not an effective way to get in touch.

Sean is hard at work on the brand new Crap Hound! No. 8: Superstitions, which will come out this summer! While No. 5: Hands, Hearts & Eyes has always been my favorite (and our best selling) I think Superstitions is going to blow everyone away! We'll be launching a Kickstarter project to cover printing and shipping costs in June.

These prints celebrate our favorite pastime by some of our favorite artists, and the proceeds help support our shop! They make great gifts for librarians, teachers and avid readers of all ages. They're each limited to editions of 250 so grab one while you can! Our first three artists are Carson Ellis, Aaron Renier and Nikki McClure and this summer we'll be rolling out a print by Kate Bingaman-Burt! The prints are pictured below!
