About this project
Soooooo... as you can see from the clip above, I am making my FIRST MUSIC VIDEO for my FIRST SINGLE and I need some money to do it. (Ooooor if you didn't watch the clip that's what its about.)
I do not like to talk about myself but I'm told you have to in situations like this so here it goes.
My name is DANIELLE SAVRE and I am a singer, songwriter, dancer and actress. I started when I was wee little and have been lucky enough to do it ever since. I don't have the backing of a label...I am not related to anyone of wealth or power. Darn. That would have definitely made this easier. As of now, acting pays my bills and allows me to record and write. Unfortunately, it ties me down when It comes to leaving La La Land (that's Los Angeles). So how do I promote my single if I can't tour...yet that is.
MY SOLUTION-
Make a music video with the most amazing working professionals that I know and that care about me and my music. Release it with the single and make it work.
...But boy is it expensive to make a music video. So that's were YOU come in...if you'd like.
THE GAME PLAN-
The video will allow everyone involved to show off their talents... I'll be working with collaborators I truly admire and respect.

Really, these are some of the nicest people you could ever meet!! and their work kicks ass too!!
As you can get from the song, it is a dance track. So Shane will be doing a good deal of work making me and 4 dancers look awesome.
The goal is to make it dynamic and intense... different from anyone else's videos and as of now no one has done it the way we plan on doing it.
We will be filming digitally on a RED camera.
And hopefully using Anamorphic lenses (if the money allows us).
It will have drop lights, fans, smoke machines, gorgeous old cars, amazing choreography, brilliant directing, and beautiful cinematography.
The goal is to make it so that people want to watch it over and over. They hopefully will want to watch the video every time they want to listen to the song.

A RED camera is one of least expensive but best quality digital cameras you can buy for motion pictures. Shooting digitally allows us to not have to go to a laboratory to process film... We can take files from the camera, bring them into an editing suite and begin working right away.
Anamorphic lenses are a type lens generally associated with theatrical motion pictures. They are what allow filmmakers to achieve that 'wide screen' look. It's an instant way to add production value and scope to a project.

I have worked with Jack D. Elliot, Josh Alexander, Billy Steinberg, Evan Taubenfeld, and Richard Harris. I am at a point where I feel I have a strong group of songs that show off my writing and singing talent while also showing who I am. Now it's time for everyone to hear what I have to offer.
Some people that know me, know me for my acting which has been a very big part of my life. I had my own TV show, KAYA, on MTV, I have starred in Heroes, CSI: Las Vegas, Boogeyman 2, Bring it on All or Nothing, Summerland, The Closer, Grounded for Life, Charmed, X-files, Malcom in the Middle, The Glades, and have a lifetime movie coming out early 2012 with Rob Lowe.
