The Script is the story of a horror writer who comes to the frightening realization that his words are coming to life.
PLOT
In the mold of a classic Twilight Zone episode, The Script is about an established horror author who is contracted to write a movie script. He soon realizes that all of the terrible things he pens are actually taking place. The writer has to discover if he's doing these horrible things himself, if someone is using his words as inspiration, or if something much worse is taking place....
PLAN
We have a talented team in place to shoot The Script. It is a cold weather story so we plan to shoot in Lawrence and Kansas City this fall. The finished product will be about 17 minutes in length. Any donations will go straight to production costs. We have a few necessary props we need to buy as well as lens that we'll need to rent. We've raised over 75% of the funds needed and could use just a little more to get us over the hump.
