I never got the email to send in my address to get the reward package, so I still haven't gotten anything yet. What should I do now?
Creator Pedwidge on July 16, 2012
i just received mine today and instantly put it on my ipod. I have been listening to it while I was studying tonight and it is a great album.
Creator Greg on July 13, 2012
I got the awsome poster a week ago cant wait to get my hands on the cd
Creator Brian Ibbott on July 1, 2012
Ben, look at the later updates. You shouldn't be using the DropBox downloads - I've moved the files to a different site.
Creator Ben Thacker on July 1, 2012
I've had the same issue as Stuart (6 days ago), but in my case I was downloading the .mp3 file via Chrome. I also tried moving the zipped filed into a different directory, with no joy.
Creator Matt Marsh on June 27, 2012
oops I just thought I'd take a look at the updates, shoulda really done that first. You rock Brian!
Creator Matt Marsh on June 27, 2012
both dropbox pages are empty, I'm guessing it has something to do with the comments below
Creator Ray Kishi on June 26, 2012
Great job on the tracks. Enjoying every minute of it. I am looking forward to any new projects that may come in the future.
Creator Steve Gold on June 25, 2012
you broke dropbox!!!

Creator Sonia Koval on June 25, 2012
Daniel -- one of the comments in the Update has a link to where you can get the cover art & save to your computer. Then you "add" cover art in Get Info in iTunes -- I did it track-by-track as I couldn't make it do it as a group.
Stuart -- I'm on a Win7 PC & for some reason have trouble d/l at all from Dropbox using IE -- but Safari works. Maybe a different browser would work for you too? I d/l both files & had no trouble extracting files from both versions & importing AACs into iTunes.
Creator Stuart Sipahigil on June 25, 2012
I'm having trouble opening either of the zipped files from Dropbox. Once downloaded, I double-click on it, enter the password, and I get the following error message:
"Unable to expand 'SmoothFederationAAC.zip' into 'Desktop.' (Error 2 - No such file or directory.)"
The same message appears for the MP3 file. Seems like the ZIP file is corrupt. This happens no matter which computer I download it to. I'm using Safari 5.1.7 on Mac OS X Lion (10.7).
Creator Daniel Burkey on June 24, 2012
Hi Brian,
Just downloaded - awesome! Any chance to get the album art for iTunes? Mine just shows up generically, but dunno if that is just me...
Creator Neil Day on June 13, 2012
Any eta on the ship date on the CDs? Just curious.
Creator MartectX on June 5, 2012
@Neil Day: I just got the survey (and answered immediately, of course).
Creator Neil Day on May 15, 2012
Just curious as this is one of my first backed projects, but what's the eta on the survey to obtain the necessary information you need?
Thanks.
Creator Frank Swerda on May 15, 2012
The bonus track should be Scott Fletcher doing Mr. Tamborine Man, or similar Shatner-style disaster song.
Creator Topher Davila on May 10, 2012
I'd like to second the nice of idea of the physical CD backers getting a digital copy if it's possible. It'd be real nice. That said I know the only business more controlling and cut throat than the music industry is perhaps the Mafia, but it might be a tie actually.
Thus if you can't that's cool and completely understandable.
Creator David Reyes on May 9, 2012
Thanks a lot Brian :) If I need to pay extra, just let me know and I'll be ok with that.
Creator Sergio Bayarri Gausi on May 9, 2012
Brian, thank you very much for your answer. If there's a problem with the music licensing, and you finally can't do it, don't worry about it. I will rip the CD myself when I receive it.
Ironically, I use iTunes Match, so as soon as the album will be available on iTunes, I'll be entitled for a copy of it in AAC format at 256kbps (by adding the CD to my iTunes library, I will be able to download the AAC version "from the cloud" on any device, even keep the files forever). Well, go figure...
Congratulations for your successful funding!!! I just can't wait to listen to the CD!!!
Creator Neil Day on May 9, 2012
Any word on bonus tracks for the backers? I know Andrew was looking into this. No hurry since delivery isn't scheduled til June. Just curious.
Creator Brian Ibbott on May 9, 2012
Hi Sergio,
The issue with sending out digital copies for those who bought the physical album is that we have to license all physical & digital copies separately. So we'd end up paying twice the regular amount to "double-license" the music for each person. That said, I'll find out if there is a way around that with the licensing, and if so, all backers will get a digital copy before release!
Brian
Creator Sergio Bayarri Gausi on May 9, 2012
I went for the physical signed copy, but I'd also like the digital copy to be added. I guess I could rip the CD myself, but it would be nicer if you could provide the "official" digital version of it. And international backers (like me) could start listening right away to the album while the CD reaches us by snail mail :) :)
Creator Brian Ibbott on May 9, 2012
Hi David - we'll be able to help you out!
Creator David Reyes on May 9, 2012
I backed the physical CD, but I have a busted disc drive in my PC. Am I able to access the download, or am I going to have to find a work around?
Creator Brian Ibbott on May 8, 2012
Yes, topherdavila, that'll be fine. We'll be contacting everyone at the end of the Kickstarter to confirm everyone's order and to identify shipping costs for overseas orders, so when you hear from us, you can remind us that you wanted to physical copies.
-Brian
Creator Topher Davila on May 8, 2012
Okay i pledged $24 because I want two physical copies? That math works out right? one physical copy times two? There wasn't an option for buying two straight out. While the poster and signing is nice. It's more worth while for me to have an second copy that I can give as gift.
Did I figure right on a way to get two regular physical copies?
Creator Neil Day on May 4, 2012
Looks like we need to hit Andrew up on twitter @KEYSwithSOUL to speak to him. He's talking Smooth Federation pretty heavy there. Maybe he'll say hello to his backers soon.
Creator Josh Lowmon on May 4, 2012
Will those getting the retail CD also have access to the download? Just curious as I can just rip the songs myself too.
Creator Sonia Koval on May 4, 2012
Second the motion! but only if the extras are also Star TREK oriented.
Creator Tomas Broe on May 4, 2012
This is a great idea !!!
Creator Neil Day on May 3, 2012
Is this going to go "global"? (Itunes / Retail) Any chance, in the remaining days, of giving your backers a bonus track or 2 for helping you reach your goal & help push it further knowing you will only get these extra song(s) by being a backer...i.o.w, the retail pkg wont have them?: Just a thought. Thanks.
Creator cstutz on April 30, 2012
