Steven D. Russell is an ENnie nominated designer, developer, and publisher (To Kill or Not to Kill, Heroes of the Jade Oath). He is currently the CEO of Rite Publishing, a micropress PDF publishing company that has produced over a 150 products for Monte Cook's Arcana Evolved, Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, and Erick Wujcik's Diceless Roleplaying.
