Photo-main

Avenue Q is a musical about community, bad ideas, and the long, turbulent journey to adulthood.

Avenue Q tells the story of a group of twenty-somethings struggling to find their purpose in downtown New York City. In the world of Avenue Q, not all monsters are the same, puppets make mix tapes, and everyone’s a little bit racist. As universal as schadenfreude, Avenue Q is a musical about community, bad ideas, and the long, turbulent journey to adulthood.

Before Avenue Q can open, we must build a set, buy costumes, purchase makeup, rent lights, rent sound equipment, and buy many more essential equipment and tools for our show. Northwestern student theatre relies heavily on outside funding and donations. On behalf of the cast and production team, I would like to ask you for a donation of any amount to help us reach our goal of putting on a show that exceeds already high expectations. Every dollar given will go directly to help fund our production and provide the best materials for our cast.

Thank you for supporting the cast and production team of Avenue Q! Your donation will help us continue to strengthen the Northwestern theatre community and further allow us to teach many students a variety of new skills. Your support is greatly appreciated and we hope to see you in October!
