Kickstarter

 I've been keeping tabs on you.  Watching what you're doing when you think no one is watching; listening when you think no one is listening, and BLISS is the bastard child of this quiet journey.  My husband calls it stalking (silly husband).  I call it searching for inspiration.  Either way, the result is a new and exciting album that shines the spotlight on you my fans, friends, & family! (and in no way is an exploitation of your private lives.)  

The title track is inspired by Bliss -- a now closed restaurant & wine bar in Bel Air, MD that loved indie Jazz artists like no other venue I've ever encountered...it was, in a word, Bliss. With this project I hope to convey to you the bliss I experienced within those walls and bring that feeling home to you.

You'll also get a taste of some familiar and oft requested (Is THAT song on your CD???) tunes as well as a couple of tunes from friends to round out the familial feel.  

I'm also REALLY excited to announce that this project is being recorded and produced by Mr. Eric Copeland at Creative Soul Jazz (www.creativesouljazz.com) in Nashville, TN, and I am more than thrilled to have the sounds of the supper session group Player A on this endeavor! Finally, just so you know where the money is going -- ALL funds are going directly to recording, producing, and promoting this project.  The further we exceed our goal the more time can be spent working in the studio, the higher quality physical CD we can offer, and the more we can focus on promotion and the ability to reach more people!  

I'm so very excited that you are honoring me by joining me on this journey and I'll be keeping you in the loop with blurbs and video as we turn the engine over and start down the road.  We've already gassed up!  Let's go!
