      I did get a package from you but instead of what I had ordered, I received a small jar of olives and a Thank you note; Nothing else. On the note was written that you could not ship the Kombucha because "it explodes".
      Funny thing, I did not order the Kombucha but rather ordered either the Kraut or Kimchee (cannot remember which). I have to add that the olives I received were very different than any I had ever eaten and were really good.

      So much for that. In the last four days since I received the olives I have sent you two emails and have not received any response. On my email, I say that I would accept either the Kraut or Kimchee because I was sure that either would be very good. It has been 4 days and I have not received any response. All I am asking for is an estimated delivery date for the products that I ordered. I am understanding that to process an order takes time but all I what to know is approximately when will they be shipped.

      I feel that I deserve a response. Thank you.

      NOTE: This was originally promised for a December delivery. The last update is almost 4 weeks old.
