I sent an email and got one back from Bob's team that "Because of the back log with our special edition 7", only last week did we receive a test pressing. The good news is that it sounded perfect and we've placed our order. We will send out a message once the entire batch of 7" are printed and your package is in the mail." So be patient fans it will be worth the wait! :-)

It's unfortunate, because they said "We can now tell you that we have successfully shipped out all orders except for those that include t-shirts as part of the rewards." in Update 11, which was on March 12. My tier doesn't include a shirt, so I assume my stuff is on its way.

Then they come back 3 weeks later and undermine the previous update by saying they had a delay with 7" production, so no orders with 7"s have shipped. At this point, they have lied in updates to backers and we still have no ETA on packages with 7"s so they won't be coming until at least May. Really poor communication!

still nothing here either... apparently this time the delay is being blamed on the 7" vinyl that some were to get... hey - here's an idea - ship us the other items (signed 12" vinyl, cd, dvd, etc) and send the 7" later! this should have been done months ago

Update: it would appear Kickstarters shouldn't be labelling things as "gifts" on customs slips. My mistake. Still grudge having to pay £8 to Royal Mail as a "handling fee".

I also received notification that my DVD and T-shirt have arrived, but have to pay an £11 customs charge. This item should have been labelled as a gift as these were supposed to be rewards for a donation, if this is not the case I will be contesting it. Absolute joke of a situation. We collectively paid $100,000 a week before Christmas and then have to pay a ridiculous surcharge when the items finally show up 4 months later. Not cool.

Hey Guys,

It's now been another 3 days, and still no response to my original inquiry of 4-1-13. Sorry fellas, totally unacceptable. We have a business relationship & I'm one of your investors. Sending inquiries into a black hole like this is just not gonna cut the mustard. I'm still patient & understanding, because I've been on your side of the fence too. I ran a Kickstarter campaign and dealt with all the fulfillment myself. Myself, one individual. It was tough. Yes, I got behind & it was difficult, but the one thing I never let slip was clear, honest, responsive, timely communication with my investors & shareholders. They deserved nothing less.

I must say that I'm really displeased with the caliber of communication here. Moreover, it makes me feel as though I was a fool to send that package to Bob through your office at your suggestion. Its contents were quite expensive, and they also meant a great deal to me personally; I very much wanted him to receive that parcel. It seems that I sent it into a black hole as well. No confirmation of receipt, no response, no nothing. Again, completely unacceptable. I took you at your word and sent it exactly as you instructed. I trusted you to get it to him as promised. Did it happen, will it happen? Who knows?

Anyway guys, my two questions remain the same, and they remain unanswered: 1) When am I going to get the rest of my rewards? and 2) What has become of the box I sent to Justin Little's attention per your suggestion via USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation?? Do you guys have it? Has it or will it makes its way to Bob anytime soon???

In light of many of the other comments posted, you guys have clearly dug yourselves quite a hole here. It's time to STOP DIGGING. Get honest with people about what's going on. Be quick, be direct, be honest and get this f*()U&ng thing in gear, guys. Timely, substantive answers would be appreciated more than you can imagine.

So, this "See A Little Light" kickstarter campaign was the second of four that I have contributed to in the last several months. I've kept quiet and calm, as that seems to be in the spirit of these campaigns. I have to admit though, waiting this long for something you laid down hard-earned cash for, is disconcerting to say the least. I got the download of the concert, which I attended, and burned it to Blu-Ray. I guess that will be better than getting the DVD anyway. I want the CD, my prints, and my t-shirt though. Raising over $100,000 was pretty easy this time. Wait until news gets out about how long people waited to get their stuff, and see how easy it is the next time you start a kickstarter. Maybe a conversation with John Vanderslice is in order. His kickstarter has kicked ass so far, we'll see about the follow-through though.

No one has received anything. Time to report this project as a scam. This is beyond just waiting for production. The "updates" regarding the status of the shirt production are obviously incorrect-how can they be in the warehouse mid-Feb, then you're just ordering them now? some honest updates would be appreciated.

Update #10 "shirts and prints are with the warehouse and everything will be shipping out immediately", Update #11 "we were able to place our t-shirt order today and those rewards that contain the t-shirts will be ready to ship in two weeks". ?. At-least I know not to expect anything for another month or two. Thanks for the update.

I just added $5.00 to my pledge. This is the way other Kickstarter's that I have backed are run. I have backed 28 projects. Not one project that I have backed made you create a separate account. I'm sure that makes the logistics more difficult on the project's creators, but it seems to be the norm. I guess I'll just kiss that $5.00 goodbye. Not that I mind throwing a little extra money Bob's way, but I was really looking forward to hearing those tracks!

@David Anderson - Did you pledge each amount under separate accounts, or did you email them (and receive confirmation)? I am obviously not the official word on this but if neither are the case, then I doubt you will be receiving both packages. This issue came up early on (scroll to the bottom), and unfortunately the virtual hugs & mp3's were not combined with any package above $1 & $5 (respectively).

Great show - loved every minute of it - any chance of releasing mp3's of live tracks to backers - Some tracks released on Google Play but not all of us are able to access them - google Play not available in Ireland.
