As with any new restaurant opening or construction, unexpected delays may occur. I’m sorry to have to move the VIP Grand Opening Pre-Party, but I want to make sure everything is in working order before we open our doors to you and this special event. The VIP Grand Opening Pre-Party has now been officially moved to Friday, Feb 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

We’ll be following up with everyone individually again to confirm attendance and we truly appreciate your patience. For the inconvenience to all, we will also be giving each attendee a buy one get one free brunch voucher worth $16. This is in addition to the chocolate goodie bag ($10 retail value) and the EC sticker.

Thanks to everyone who has generously contributed to our campaign. If you cannot make it to the event on Feb 1, we are honoring a $50 store credit to any goods or services. Those who already responded for the $50 credit, you have the option of attending now if the Feb 1 date and time works for you. We're very excited to reveal the new Eclipse Chocolate Bar & Bistro in South Park during this special evening. This is still an EXCLUSIVE and PRIVATE event just for those who purchased tickets. We will be tray passing samples of our new brunch menu items and pastries, along with some tasty beverages!

We're excited for our upcoming move to South Park. The time is almost here as we're wrapping things up at our current El Cajon Blvd location. For those who are local, we'll still be operating until Wed, Jan 9. Come on in.

For those who pledged for the exclusive EC Bistro VIP Grand Opening pre-party reception, the event is scheduled for Sunday, January 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We will be sending confirmations to all of you who pledged for these VIP tickets.

Platinum Ticket Drawing

There are still three Platinum Tickets that have yet to be found. Two of them are hidden among our 5th Anniversary bars, while the last Platinum Ticket will be drawn in a raffle at our cafe during a special event on Saturday, December 29 at 4:00 p.m. We have extended the raffle an extra week! If you haven't already done so, drop by the cafe now & fill out a FREE entry before Sat, Dec 29 (one entry per person). All those in attendance can enjoy a 15% discount on ALL packaged retail chocolate. We'll also be celebrating, so there will be some experimental secret flavor drinking chocolate & other tray passed goodies for all who are present.
