Each time My First Earthquake plays, synths battle it out with guitars, girls sing harmonies with boys, and magic happens in the space between.
Any updates on the postal kits?
An update would be nice. You offered to bring kits to your shows but those of us not in the bay area get nothing? It has been over a month. No replies to my emails and no promissed kit either. :-(
The MP3s should have the lyrics included. If you're in iTunes, right-click the song to Get Info to show the lyrics. If you want an app to display lyrics, here's a couple for the Mac:

If a tech-savvy Windows users has a suggestion for lyrics viewing, let us us know.
Once things calm down a bit, we hope to pull together some album extras, which would include a lyrics booklet in PDF form. Until then, "Patience is a curfew and my egg timer’s dinged done." :-)

Loving the new album. My favorite track is "Ok K" with the second being "Whitewalled" It was a bit more electronic than I imagined which made me happy...synths and Rebecca's voice go great together.
Is there any way backers could get a posting of the lyrics?
Thanks for being awesome!
Anxiously awaiting the new album! The preview track is making me want to hear more!
Has anyone gotten their goodie bags yet?

I was a bit late to the craze. I only saw this posted today...I see you've reached the goal but I wanted to show my support and donated anyway! I love your approach to the creation of this new album. The connection between artist and audience is strengthened 10fold. Thanks for your great work!
So you're over your goal! Does that mean you can make longer album? Money for a string quartet? Guest vocals by a d-list celebrity? (MFE featuring The Situation) the possibilities are endless!
congratulations - this could be the beginning of something special...
ZOMG, we made it!
Hey, hey, you did it! And with a February-style month to spare! Crazy! I'm more of a Beckies fan myself, but definitely looking forward to this. :)

Who was backer number 69? That's right...its Tron :)
after witnessing so many near misses and what-could-have-beens on Sellaband, this is a breath of fresh air.
Good Luck to you from the UK.
As a collegiate individual, my pledging is rather limited, but I was happy to help as I could. On another note, I am still working on your wikipedia article, but was dramatically slowed down by both wrist issues and classes. I'm impressed you guys did not sell out. You guys are awesome. Pull out all the stops with the next album :)!
you guys should do shows in texas
This pledging is knocking our socks off and our feet smell like roses! This is amazing! Yes! We plan to 1) kick it like robots 2) make an awesome album while not selling out and then 3) give it to all you beautiful people! Thank you so so much!
