I'm psyched to share this excerpt of a letter I just received from Scott Dwyer, program director of KQED Public Television 9 in San Francisco! Scott saw the Projector short while serving as a juror at Aspen ShortsFest in April.

It's very encouraging to hear interest from a top PBS programmer and film scout like Scott Dwyer. It means that if we can get a feature-length version of Projector made, it could have a shot at being seen by a very large audience - reviving interest in the theaters and encouraging people to support community businesses.

Scott has served on the national selection panels for PBS' Independent Lens and POV series -- two of the most renowned broadcast venues for independent documentaries. His station, KQED, is among the nation's most-watched PBS stations during primetime with more than 1.5 million households viewing per month.
