The show is called "1000 Fathoms" and it features content you won't find on most public radio stations.
At one thousand fathoms, the deep sea starts. It's a dark and unknown place, full of creatures free to evolve into the strangest things on Earth. For us, we wanted to create an hour-long radio program that celebrates those lurking below the mainstream. On 1000 Fathoms, you'll hear skits, unbelievable documentaries and personal stories told by some of the coolest musicians out there.
Right now, we're seeking funding for season one. Consisting of six episodes, the first season will feature contributions from:

We're starting this all from scratch, and right now we need some help with getting things up and running. If you make a pledge, your money will go toward travel expenses, feeding people that are kind enough to help us out, promotional costs and much more.
And when it's all wrapped, be sure to tell your public radio station you want 1000 Fathoms!
