Yay!!! Thank you funders for giving Garry an amazing 90th birthday present - the funding to make a 20-30 minute video of his incredible story!

Our long-term goal is to make both a feature-length documentary and to develop our screenplay into an entertaining motion picture -- imagine Garry's story, played by a top comedy actor, coming to a theater near you!
Remember, virtually every advance starts with imagination -- a crazy idea that is at first rejected and scoffed at, but later considered, embraced until finally it becomes the norm.
So let’s plant the seeds of the idea that we, the citizens of the world, have the right to govern our planet!

Garry Davis, who was Danny Kaye's understudy, does just that. For 62 years he has lived as a citizen of no nation, only the world. "These borderlines carving up are planet are just made up," Garry says. Inside our line we don't fight wars. That's kind of amazing when you think of it. But outside our line we say it can be okay, even heroic, to kill people. So what if we drew the line around the entire planet?

MELANIE BENNETT, has been Associate Producer at One Films LLC since 2006. She co-produced My Country is the World and is consulting on the screenplay for the feature film.
Prior to working with One Films and FutureWAVE, she was Production Manager and talent coordinator at One Productions. She also promoted the film Captain Milkshake on the festival circuit. She has held management positions in France and the US for many years.
