Kickstarter

My website, Tribeca Citizen, helps Tribecans determine whether new businesses are worth their time, money, and attention. Recently, an interesting new restaurant opened: It's called Atera, and it's getting great buzz. But I make so little money from Tribeca Citizen—far less than the time I put into it is worth—that it doesn't make financial sense for me to eat at every new restaurant that opens. I try, but when dinner is a $150 prix fixe per person, it really cuts into revenue! And in the past year I've paid handsomely to eat at Compose (Atera's predecessor), Brushstroke, Jungsik, and North End Grill! I don't take freebies—not that Atera has offered—so I'm asking you to help foot the bill. All I need is $300 to have dinner at Atera, although I'd gladly take more so I don't have to go alone. It's hard enough being the guy who takes photos of his food without being the guy alone who takes photos of his food. P.S.
