Corinne Abbiss: Senior Communication Arts: Film

Corinne has always loved animals, having grown up raising puppies and kittens, and riding horses. She wants to merge her passion for animals and her passion for film making. This past summer she interned at Mystic-Image Productions, a wedding video production company. She normally ran second camera on the weekends when they filmed most weddings. During the week, she edited multi-camera footage from the ceremonies and linear edited footage from the receptions. Last year she wrote and directed a short film for the Open Frame Film Festival. Her sophomore year she was the Director of Photography for a short film, (w)hole. Also last summer she was the videographer for Camp Luz. At the camp, she filmed and edited together a 25-minute video every week as well as taking about 500 digital pictures a week. Corinne also was a cameraperson/production assistant for Collegiateness, a sitcom at Malone, her freshman year.
