CREATIVE ARTS & MUSIC PROGRAMS (CAMP) celebrates our students and their love of art! We believe in arts enrichment for kids, that art makes important contributions to our ever-evolving culture and community, and that arts making enhances quality of life for people of all ages!

Our students are an exceptional bunch, and we here at CAMP aim to provide them with the resources they need to excel in our summer arts program. Each Camper has the hands-on opportunity to write music, create art, and explore dance. We strive to support this with as many resources as we can gather to put on a spectacular show at the end of each two-week program.

This summer our two arts sessions will highlight the cultures of Bollywood and New Orleans. Our Bollywood session will explore some of the art, music, dance, and theatrical traditions of the Mumbai region of India. Our New Orleans session will explore some of the art, music, dance, and theatrical traditions of this very unique southwest region of the United States. Both sessions will culminate in very large, festive productions that will require lighting, costumes, backdrops, and other visual details.

We are looking to raise $3000 ($1500 for each session) to provide for lighting equipment, costumes, materials to create backdrops and panels including paint, wood, fabrics, and all other art supplies that will help to create the stage scenery for both performances. The funds we raise will also provide for theatre staff support and any other additional production needs.
