A collection of international artists working together to produce 'Slump', "a comedy of frivolous, sexually provocative manners".
"It's like Tevye the milkman's daughters threw the fiddler off the roof and ran away with the Hasidic youth to do a production of West Side Story" said one audience member after seeing the world premiere of Joshua L. Peugh's Slump by Bruce Wood Dance Project.
The goal of this project is to bring the original cast of Slump to Seoul, South Korea for three performances with Dark Circles Contemporary Dance at Daehangno Arts Theater.
The original eight dancers are based in the United States, so we need plane tickets and enough money to take the production to a new, international audience. You can help us by donating as much or as little as you like (donation suggestions and reward offers are posted on the right side of the screen); in return, you will be responsible (along with BWDP and DCCD) for bringing this "comedy of frivolous, sexually provocative manners" to Seoul.
