Dear Kickstarter donors,
Thank you again for supporting the recording of my opera, Song from the Uproar, via Kickstarter. On behalf of everyone involved in the project, I want to express my gratitude to YOU for making this recording possible. We just finished a hectic, sleepless, WONDERFUL week in New York's Avatar Studios, and this recording is going to be fantastic! We even got to use the same mixing board Madonna used for "Like a Virgin"! (I nearly fainted when I heard that.) I feel so lucky to work with all these fantastic performers, singers, engineers and producers, and so lucky to have your support. For those of you who will receive CDs and scores in the mail, we'll send a separate email asking for shipping information.

Mezzo-soprano Abigail Fischer is equally expert at music from the Baroque era to contemporary works.
