THE BLUE HAWAII SPECTACULAR is a Cirque inspired, fun and sun, variety show, bringing you the best local and national acts around!
The BLUE HAWAII SPECTACULAR will be a professional variety show showcasing some of the best and most unique burlesque, vaudeville and circus acts from all over the US. The title and theme are inspired by the 1961 musical Elvis movie, the general campiness of the 1960's beach movie genre and Cirque Du Soleil shows. We are planning to have moveable/ever changing sets we hope will live up to the "spectacular" in the title. We're also looking to feature great live musicians that will immerse the audience in the experience.
Your donations for this round of fundraising will help us secure the finest local and national talent and acts which will be the heart of the show. We want to bring you the very best, and with your help, we can and will do just that.
Confirmed performers as of now, Renowned burlesque performer, Francesca Alfresca, silent film style comedian, Michael Guthrie aka Ralph of the MUTES, and professional magician, circus arts instructor and fire manipulator, Gypsy Geoff.

We will be independently producing this show at NEXT ACT THEATRE September 13, 14 and 15th.

We will be having the main show on Friday, the 13th and Saturday, the 14th, with a party the afternoon of the 14th, including food, local vendors, select talent signing tables, and the Miss Blue Hawaii Pin Up Contest! On the 15th, we are hoping to put together an All-Elvis impersonator show matinee where the audience will be able to vote for their favorite!
